Yet another Zac Elastic Slingshot bug

Patch 6.24 and 7.1... I will continue to play on live to see if this bug still happens

Confirmed: Bug still present on 7.2

Whenever I hold down E and cast Elastic Slingshot, I'd say there's a 5% percent chance that Zac will not stretch his arms first. This means that he will just hop 2 feet in front of him instead of letting me hold down E.

I know this is another bug on Zac exclusively because other channeled abilities like Vi's vault breaker are working as intended. Anyone else?
