[CLIENT] Seeing Double Classic skins for velk'oz

In the link i have provided a gyazo screen shot of the bug.

I have not attempted to reproduce this.

This was seen after picking velk'oz arclight skin and noticing there were two originals.

They both say classic.

I saw this in RANKED-DRAFT PICK.
