TO RIOT: FiX CHAMP SELECT LOCK IN BUTTON

It happened 3 times to me. Everytime i try to pick a champ like at the last 3 or 4 seconds the lock in button does not work. and it made me dodge 3 times IN RANKED. NOW I HAVE A 30 MIN BAN AND LOST 13 LP TODAY. please fix and perhaps refund my lp.
