High ping (around +999)

Hi, sorry to bother you. Since the last patch, I have a lot of lag in the league. The download is at the beginning normal around 80-90 but after a while it always remains a player remained at 0%. After that my ping goes to +999 and I am then disconnected.... I have this problem only in euw no problems at the level of eun.... So I really don't know what to do because my main account is at euw level and I don't have enough to transfer my main account... So if you have any suggestions that would really help me....
