Media keys not working.

My media keys do not work when League of Legends is the focus window. Both the patcher and the game have the issue. If the game is atl-tabbed away or minimized there is no issue. I use a Cooler Master Devastator keyboard. I do not have this issue with other games.

I've tried repairing the game. I've tried restarting my computer. I've tried disabling all non-Microsoft services as well as all programs running at start-up. I run League as administrator (PVP.net patcher crashes if I don't run as administrator). I use Windows 10. I went through several steps with Zacharan in Riot's player support and nothing has fixed it so he suggested I make a bug report.
