Internet keeps crashing while playing LoL

Hey guys,

So, I reinstalled LoL only a few days ago after I hadn't played for at least two years. However, when champion select is done and the game should start, my internet crashes and the launcher tries to reconnect. As soon as replug the network cable, restart the game and rejoin it it work just fine but after like a few minutes, while farming, it crashes again - every single game. During that short 'crash time', I can't connect to google anymore so it's not just for LoL. Yet this only occurs when playing LoL and I haven't every dealt with this issue ever before.

Does anyone know what to do to fix this? It's probably due to my computer settings or my router. Please help me
