Bugsplat, Client bug (Game overview, Patch notes, otherwise all black) can't join game

I can enter champ select and get all the way untill the game starts loading, then it comes with the bugsplat, and i try to rejoin, but it continues to come with the bugsplat message. Then i close the client, and it comes with the bugsplat after login, i still get in, but only seeing a blacked out client with "Game overview and patch notes" in the top left corner. I can then repair the client and then i can see a reconnect button, but it just makes the client blink....

I have tried: Reinstalling the game (With all files removed) Clean install of GPU driver Removed recent Windows updates Removed all RGB software Disabled Discord overlay Countless of LOL repair tool runs

This is all happening on a 1 week old install of windows, and league has worked since the wipe

I have also made sure that all LOL related things is allowed in the firewall Any suggestions?

~~I had same issue and fixed it by uninstalling only the Microsoft Windows update KB4515384 which was part of the updates on sept 11, 2019 (which was when my problems started) then restarting my pc as prompted.

Start >> Settings >> Update & Security >> View Update History >> Uninstall updates >> (find update KB4515384 and select it) click uninstall~~

After some more research i think it was actually a conflict with an older version of the on screen display software rivatuner statistics server I had that comes with MSI afterburner and it not playing nice with the latest windows update.

closing afterburner also fixes the issue for me

I just had this same problem all morning and i solved it. Right Click the Desktop Icon. Then Click Properties, go to the compatability tab. There should be a button allowing you to run the game in WIndows 8. I also went into settings on the client and there was a fix bug button i would try doing both of these. This worked for me. I hope it work for you.

Having the exact same issue. I too have tried all of the things OP has listed and none of them have worked. I have an gpu: msi RTX 2060, cpu: Intel 9700k, motherboard: msi z390 pro carbon ac. I was thinking about re-installing windows but I'm beginning to think this is a current patch problem..

I'm having the same issue starting today. I've tried compatibility for windows 7/8, and running as admin. Tried repair tool, uninstalling/reinstalling. I've closed all background apps including those important to my system.

The only thing that's changed in the last 48 hours...I updated my nvidia drivers to run borderlands 3. I'm wondering if its a compatibility issue with the new drivers.

I refuse to go as far as uninstalling and reinstalling windows. Ive never gone that far for a game before.

Edit: The game log shows ACCESS_VIOLATION as the error.

"League of Legends caused ACCESS_VIOLATION in module League of Legends

Read from location bca11ceb caused an access violation."

Deleted the update. Problem still exist.

I dont have MSI Afterburner also on my Win.

Side note: There is ZERO problems with the game on Mac...I could play anything. But get stuck on a damn loading screen on Windows.
