[CLIENT] Stuck in Base

When I started loading into the game, my loading time was abnormally long, and my team was already in game when I loaded in. When I tried to leave base however, it wouldn't let me out. The gate that is present in the first 15s of the game was not visibly present, but its effect would not allow me to leave base. The only way that I got out was to restart my client. This has only happened once and I have no idea how to recreate it.
