Gameplay (Champion Pyke at Jungle)

First of all, I never reported a bug before, I'll try to do my best. I played normal game Jungle Pyke so I went tanky build because of his passive so I built: Cinderhulk, spirit visage, titanic hydra, steraks cage so I expected my character to have a lot of hp right? should be over 3 k at least. So what happened I realize a middle game that my hp stat doesn't reflect the Items I bought. I guess it has to be related to his passive and It happens only this certain game.

I'm not sure if my AD was applied correctly too it seemed like high but I might be wrong. Sorry If I didn't explain myself well, reply back if you have any questions.
