Black screen(s) on game start.... Lots of leaver penalties!!

I get a black screen around the moment the game has loaded in and champs are spawning. Both (and I guess all) go black and all applications stay open but my keyboard and mouse unresponsive. Music and game sounds come through but once the black screen starts I HAVE to turn off my laptop for it to be functional again (for the screen to go back to normal). Yes I have tried: deleting client files and repairing running as admin Tried Borderless setting, worked for 3 games (1 ranked) and now another black screen with 5 games low priority q... when the screen goes black THE ONLY FIX is to turn off my laptop, other games show no issue

I have had this issue on my last 4 games and im getting crazy bans, this is a joke pls do something riot....
