FIX NOW! Client Lags in Menu, Makes Me Leave Que and Receive Penalties! HELP!!!!!

Yes, this is why I am here. The menu even with disable animations on makes the client lag. The champion select has lagged like never before. In ranked que, it has made me dodge continuously because it freezes then shows up later. The update looks like it was made in favor of super-speed computers. Well I am at a University and the share wifi makes this terrble lag. Please allow disabled animations in general settings to prevent all of that extra stuff making the lag occur. Or have a default menu for users with not super-speed computers like the update was made for. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can tell it effects others, for other people are not queing in when searching for opponents. The store lags also, so please allow a default way to have smoother process. Overall, make a menu that fits people favoring performance over quality, for this has proven to be successful in gameplay. For the first time in gaming history, I have experienced lag in the menu worse than in-game. What the heck!
