Why is my game updating again >.<

I updated my game to 5.6 yesterday, played around 5 games, now I get on today and it's updating AGAIN!?!?!?!?! It's stuck at 33% and scanning files >.<, Riot you've been needing to fix this issue a long,Long,LONG time ago.... This has been happening since S4 (Maybe S3 Idk) and you guys still haven't fixed it. A lot of players are tired of having to fix the issue themselves every time you guys update, it is very annoying.

Now I try "repair" button and that bullcrap doesn't even work(stuck at 33% still).... Now I have to waste my free time to check youtube and forums on how to fix this crap again, seriously Riot, fix this asap...
