my luncher didnt work

When I was in urf in champ select and the when timer was a bout to end,and the match should start but my launcher didn't start and every time I clicked to reenter the game an error would popped up asking me to make a crash dump, I tried to restart the game but a the same thing would appear. {C:\Users\all\AppData\Local\Temp\PKMFFB9.tmp} sorry for my English. I found a solution but idk how to delete this so it will stay up
