Zac E vision bug.

Upon testing the Zac E indicator on the PBE I noticed a few inconsistencies regarding the indicator and vision. It appears as though the indicator only appears if you have vision of Zac which you can see from 0:29 to 0:33 the indicator does not show up in the bush nor are you able to see Zac at the start of his E. This appears to be the correct way Zac's E should work however If you look at 0:12 - 0:15, 0:16 - 0:18, 0:26 - 0:28, and 0:43 - 0:46 you will notice that Ezreal has full vision of Zac through the fog of war and on the minimap as soon as the Zac E starts. The reason I am posting this is to just get some clarity from a Rioter to see if this is either A.) Intended or B.) a bug. Please let me know your thoughts on this, thank you.

I really hope that indicator doesn't go live. Giving enemies warning of over a second that obvious will make it nearly impossible to land in Diamond. As it is, about half of the time, people dodge or interrupt elastic slingshot at this ELO. That indicator would end up turning elastic slingshot into an easier to dodge cho'gath rupture (since elastic slingshot takes more then a second at max range to travel). The difference is that Cho'gath doesn't need to risk his life when he ruptures... When I have alistar and thresh players casually knocking me out of elastic slingshot with the current shadow, what chance will I have if this indicator goes live? It will kill his viability in Diamond and above... I would prefer a range nerf or damage nerf over this dramatic over reaction, even though Zac is healthy approaching under powered the higher you go in diamond.

im partly against the indicator when they have vision of zac... but same time partly against it as he has 2 parts... 1 its a skillshot... to throw himself into you.., one of zacs major selling points is that you have to play intelligently vs a good one or get caught out... but if they give it an indicator fuck being in a good position or him predicting where the Ez will E to... like just wash decision making and more mechanics out of the game (alistart combo).

But if its indicated from FOW the champ wont ever be played again. hes actually really balanced and essentially received NO buffs... or changes since his release... its just like nami janna played all season long... nami wasn't then all of a sudden theres nami at worlds with really nothing be changed at all...

just because people are good with a champs kit doesn't make it any better than others. riot just manipulates meta rather than letting it take its own form.
