Not getting hextech loot
I am having a problem with my hextech crafting. Each time I get an s- or above I get no loot, and I've not received a key fragment in the last 30-50 games. I don't have any known player behavioural restrictions disabling me from receiving loot nor have I had any restrictions for 4-5 months. My champion collection page is also bugged showing old grades on champions which leads me to believe it has nothing to do with behaviour and is a glitch. I have 2 examples in the screenshots, Sona and Thresh, which were both played within the past 2 days (see my current date at bottom right) and both received grades S+ and S.
Submitted a ticket to Riot Support.
