Riot, where is chest??

So, yesterday I earned an S rank playing as which, I had never earned a chest with him before, and I had only earned one chest earlier in the week from a teammate playing Caitlin. Despite my S, I did not receive a chest. We did lose the match, does that matter? Are there any other reasons I wouldn't have received it? Thank you!!!
