[GAMEPLAY] Akali Kill not scored as a Kill

So I was playing some top against a , anyway it was a decent enough lane. We get into a tussel and I go in for the kill, manages to get me with her Q, the second shockwave managing to kill me but my Q killed her in return. So as I berate myself for allowing that to happen, I notice something peculiar, my kill didn't count as a kill. So despite the fact we both killed each other, gets the kill but gets ziltch, nadda.

Even if dead a kill is a kill and I got nothing out of it. Thankfully I was able to make it up later but losing out on that kill gold is deadly, especially for an assassin character. Hopefully won't happen again but certainly a bug to look out for, especially since it affects k/d/a and gold income by association.

If I were a betting person my guess would be something about Poppy's Q messed with the kill count.
