Constant Fatal Errors Make League Unplayable

Not sure what else to do, so I’m posting this here. About every 10-15 games I have, League crashes and bricks my PC until I manually restart it. I cannot exit the game, access the client, use any shortcuts, or any other functions of my PC. I have verified my game cache, repaired it more times than I can count, and deleted and downloaded the game twice now. This has happened about 10 times in the past 2 months. Does this happen to anyone else? Will this get fixed? I can not submit bug reports because I can’t access that feature when my PC is completely frozen.
