[CLIENT] Failure to update. Unable to enter log in screen.
Upon opening the game client [where one would click "Launch"], I am immediately welcomed with a "Update Failed" popup. Under the title, it says "Unspecified error occurred. Please check logs for more information." and I have the choice of either "Continue" or "Send Logs". I have clicked tried both, which result in..well.. no results. It just goes back to the tiles of free champ rotation, patch notes, Rift Q&A, and other links to news, etc.
This occurred when I opened the client two days ago and I let the patches download in the background. It seemed like it happened twice considering that I was taken through the agreements and policies to accept twice that night (has never happened more than once after installing a patch).
Step 1. Open the client. Step 2. Error occurs. Step 3. Clicking launch button makes it turn gray and does not go to the log in screen.
Update: I tried the "Repair" in the settings menu. It scanned everything and when it came down to installing the patches again, it got up to 99% and the previous "Update Failed" window popped up again.
As of now, it stays stuck at 99% and I am League-less. tears
