[GAMEPLAY] Cho'gaths "R" after use do 0 dmg show CD timer and my teammates see my R still ready

1. I use "R" by Cho'gaths
2. "R" dont make stack and do no damage but I got "R" CD timer and my teammates see my R still ready
3. I've tried this over 2 games and this has happened each time and this has happened again on Prehistoric Cho'Gath skin
