League Servers? Someone DDosing?

(First of all this is my first post, dont blame me if I did something wrong :c) Okay so by the time I am writing this my game is probably over but it all starded the first few minutes into the my ranked game. Everyone was saying the had lag issues (Even the enemy). We also saw when we walked near the enemy Jax (IGN: Alberttop321 Game) (Not saying he is ddosing) that we had lag like it felt if we had 300/400 ping but when everyone pinged the ping it would just say their normal ping? Im currently waiting since there is an "Attempting to Reconnect" in my screen the moment we past 20 minutes. Few minutes later ( I think around 26 minutes?) One of my friends somehow invited me for a games and I could actually join it? When I told him all of this he told you to look at my match history and LP. To my suprice I didnt lose any LP and the game wasnt there either? Idk what to do but I didn't wanted ignore this cuz it was a serious problem so I might aswell let Riot and the Community now.
