Visual Bug

So recently i was joining a game of league when the game started as usual. As i was tying in chat the chat log disappeared along with my hot bar and all my keybinds, i couldn't cast spells open shop, see map, open settings, chat, etc. The only thing i could do was move around and potentially attack idk i didn't try. I think this might have happened as a result of trying to speak in chat right as my charater spawned in, though i dont know if this is the truth. That's all the info i have.
