I can't queue into ranked with any of my friends this season because of the 'difference in rank' because my chat bans took away my awards last season, which apparently means I was unranked last season, and it won't let me queue with any friends that were my rank last season.

There is red post further down the page, Riot acknowledged there is a bug here where people who lost ranked rewards due to chat restrictions are being seen as unranked, rather than what their MMR was, no ETA for a fix.
