On victor.. his empowered Q is endlessly procts on structures. i am unsure if its a bug because i couldnt see anywhere inn his skill descriptions that this is intended..

  • Play Victor
  • Get hexcore upgrade for Q
  • Hit a minion with Q
  • Second Q attack hit a structure with bonus magic damage
  • endlessly procts

ive tried in a few bot games and was able to replicate.

the animation procs on structures, but the damage does not.
