How annoying it is when someone leaves during loading screen

When you are in your loading screen waiting for the game to load in and all of a sudden someone leaves and they're percentage stays the same, Then you're forced to wait 10-20 minutes for the person to rejoin and if they don't then you might have to wait a whole 30 minutes. Riot has to start banning people for a good 30 minutes while in queue because this is even worse than a player leaving in a game because you have to stare at a screen instead of feeding the other team. I am writing this while in a loading screen where everyone has left. I don't know if this is a bug or just everyone leaving but I have been here for 25 minutes and I don't want to be banned for leaving a game because of a bug. Plz Riot fix this bug and don't ban me
