Video Lag Problems since 6.10?

Just curious has anyone had video lag problems since 6.10? What I mean by this is that it's not my computer (it has a 4790k and GTX 750) and it isn't my internet cause I have been playing other games to see if it is internet lag. But just to name a situation I would go to attack/do an ability and then in 1.5 seconds my screen would stop doing animations then cut back to real time (the thing is that my frames and my ping stay normal but I experience lag with video). It's really annoying for last hitting, just wondering if anyone has solved this problem? I tried reinstalling and that didn't work so that's out of the question.

This has been losing me games... it's a slot machine whether you get it in some games or not. So annoying, needs to be fixed.

Having the same thing happen to me. My ping is 30, but anytime a fight of 4 or more people breaks out I lag super hard. My ping never goes above 30, but I stutter, abilities cast late, etc... On top of that, it happens when I'm not even in the fight. I was alone in bot lane and a fight mid broke out and I lagged still. SO AGGRAVATING

I have a gaming PC with 16Gb of ram and I am also suffering from this. My friend has a Mac, and in some games it is so bad he literally can't play.

Same things been happening to me. comps not great but have been playing fine up until this last patch. id do a cycle of spells but freeze an the animations dont really happen then im walking away to where i clicked to. very frustrating.

Just got owned by Mundo top lane because I took damage from his cleavers but couldn't see about 1/3 of them from this, getting old very fast...been happening off and on since 6.10 but getting worse.

Yup me and 2 other of my friends have been getting it I've lost 2 ranked games because of it and It's really tilting me and it's also been happening since 6.10 I didn't get it that much in 6.10 but lately it's almost every other game

been dealing with it, really bad, for over a week. finally played some matches that werent lagging today, played a ranked, came right back and i lost really bad. over a week of unplayable conditions affecting me in ranked matches. stop freeze teleport delay fast forward, i'm losing my mind, bout to quit this game permanently and never spend another dollar. cant say how many hundreds of games ive lost due to bs on my end, let alone whatever this is.
