Hello, im trying to get key fragment for 20 days but i cant get key fragment although winning games.Actually im getting boxes but can not receive key fragments..So many boxes are waiting for their keys is this bug? why i can not get key fragment ? pls riot help me
There is a reset on key shards every month. Give it another week or two and you should be earning them regularly for awhile again.

think you gotta win or get s rank my last two games i got S- and got keys both times may just be an A tho
Keys drop randomly but drop more often when playing with friends i believe. Chests you get by getting an S- or higher, but you can only get a limited amount of those before you can get it again.
From my experience, it seems like you gotta play champs you've hardly played to get keys more often. So aram is pretty good.
