As I was just playing around in a custom game I didnt have any Ap runes nor masteries, I noticed that I had literally -1 AP resulting nearly all my abilities dealing -1 damage.

Nerfs on nerfs on nerfs.
It's a known issue that Riot has severely Failed the Mordekaiser Playerbase
