Why doesn't Riot fix their client yet?

Everytime i log in to league something is wrong. Ranked is disabled, games crash, the loot/shop doesn't function properly. And don't get me started with the in-game experience and game breaking champion bugs. Like come on Riot. Where do all the money you get from skins go? If you have one the most played games in the world you have to at least make sure it works well. But for starters just fix the client. Please.

Can confirm for two days in a row now the client is a buggy mess. Riot needs to pay more attention to the functionality of their game rather than just pumping out more skins. We have work and lives in general that allow players only certain hours for the darn game. It needs to be playable those hours otherwise it's a waste of time even having it on my PC. They're a huge company. This stuff is just embarrassing.
