[CLIENT] Visual Glitch upon Death

I have no idea if this is reproducible. I've never experienced it before, but it happened on almost every death that I had in this particular game (all but the first one).

Upon dying, the red, glitched out screen would come up. I could still upgrade abilities, open shop, etc, but could not move the camera or follow any action. The players moving in the area I died would move, but only as their name plate, as you can see by the trails. The sidebar would show new deaths.

If I moved my mouse over any of my icons, or opened shop, the descriptions of the abilities would remain, as would the shop.

The screen went away immediately upon respawning, and I saw no issues until the next time I died. I have a brief (4 second) clip taken from my phone, that can be uploaded if needed, as well as a recording of the game, which I have not reviewed.
