Getting blocked for no reason

A few moments ago I started playing the game, I got to a normal draft pick, and we had to choose champs. One player did not choose a champion and the I got kicked out of the game because of him (I went back to the lobby). I pressed start again to play and it said that i'm blocked for 6 minutes because I did not choose a champion, but it wasn't even my turn to pick!

Riot please fix this glitch i'm so mad right now.
