Yasuo e-q combo sometimes doesn't do dmg

This has happened to me on multiple occasions where I would e (dash) to an enemy, combined with q (steel tempest) for the circle AOE q, I noticed that sometimes that when I had 2 stacks of gathering storm, some enemies that were near the outside of the ring would be knocked up by the tornado but there was no damage dealt to them. Usually the bug only occurs to me when I have 2 stacks of gathering storm, the enemies are knocked up but not damaged. Occasionally this happens with regular e-q combos too, where no damage is dealt

Main Points -Yasuo e-q combo will apply a knock up to any enemies in the area, but sometimes not all enemies take damage -Happens more often when the player has a tornado and uses the e-q combo -Occasionally happens when the player has no stacks of gathering storm -So far, has only happened to minions and champions, does not seem to affect neutral monsters
