played a game as aatrox and built timat, it didnt give me splash damage ravenous hydra worked fine, jsut timat

Tiamat doesnt give splash damage anymore. Its not a bug, its intended and was redesigned that way.

Read the item description now. It no longer gives splash damage because Riot thought it was too good for splitpushing champions with poor wave clear early on.
