Firewall issues
Ever since the new update, i can't play games, it says my firewall blocks the game when i have turned all firewalls off like what the heck! Please fix this because now it's banning me as afk when I can't even join games!

Do you mean that message that pops up as the client attempts to load in the game?
Firewall error means your computer cannot connect to riot's server.
The issue can be anywhere along the route your traffic takes to get from your PC to their server and it is not something riot has any control over in 99 percent of cases. Try running the network diagnostic tools riot has provided to determine where the issue is occurring. Often times the easiest solution is to just use a VPN to play so you can re-route where your traffic is going through.

I fixed this problem for my Oceania server by updating my ethernet drivers and using this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357
But this solution still does not solve my NA account problem.
