Connection why?

So basically over the past few weeks i've been DCing from games frequently, and not being allowed to reconnect, and my account is about to be banned for it. It's really annoying how i not only can't play my favorite game, that i've invested a lot of time and money into, but that I'm about to be banned for trying to play. I wish riot would just make an East Coast server.
