[CLIENT] Server Transfer Bug

A while back I transferred my main from NA to JP when the new server opened.

According to transfer FAQ, Champion Mastery Points are supposed to transfer but mine did not.

Kind of annoying, especially since I had roughly 16 champs at rank 5.

Not only that, but my account is still registering as existing on NA.

It still shows on my friends' friendlists. The match history displayed on this NA profile is current with the games I've played on JP server(although rank and division never updated).

And also, the name cannot be claimed through name change. It says it's unavailable. It's like the account never left NA, but it cannot be logged into.
