when she ults near a wall and thresh puts a lantern to block the other way he walks through the wall

You could've taken 5 seconds to google the name on the wiki ._.
That's not a bug or anything. It's just that the hitbox of thresh is bigger than the space between taliyah's wall and the raptor camps wall, thus thresh gets knocked over the wall. The video shows how thresh "walks" through the wall, that is only happening because he uses his hook at the same time taliyah's wall hits him, so the knockback animation isn't shown.
