Turret HP's not showing up in Mini Map

Ok for a While I thought it was my Eyes Goofing on me but over the Years I notice that when I have Visions on different Turrets/Towers Mine or the Other Team they show their hp, ok we all know the hp, what I am getting at is that while I have Vision on the Turrets and Scroll on my Mini map its showing they have full HP but when I walk up to the Turrets they have like half hp or Below hp or alittle bit Taking away, I would like to have it, when I scroll over the Mini Map I see their Current HP not their Full hp so I can (people use Lock Screen)see how much hp that Turret/Tower has and not risk my Life to unlock my Screen and relock it back in place, plz fix this, AND yes I been play for 6yrs and I still use Lock Screen I tryed unlock and can never able to process the info into my brain
