Invisible Skill Shoots

I have just played a game a few days ago where somebody playing Dr. Mundo had invisible cleavers I think the bug occurs when somebody is taking a step out of the bush but walking back in immediately after hurling a skill shoot because the other time I had this occur was with a nidalie spear but only one time but as for the mundo his cleavers were invisible the whole time and that kind of makes them hard to avoid :p. Not entirely sure if that's how the bug occurs with the bush theory but that is how I saw it happen with the nidalie spear I think the same bug must of happen with this game from the mundo cleavers. I am sorry as I do not have game footage or pictures to help with this issue but I haven't had it happen much not sure if its been fixed already or not since this post.
