Damn Bug

Idk wtf is going on, but league is bugging out for me. So i'm in ranked champ selected, and i click on the summoning spells, the game glitches and just doesn't allow me to click a champ or anything. I've lost 20 lp and now have a waiting time of 30 minutes. Riot please fix this..
