[GAMEPLAY] Kindred's Mark Bugged

I've encountered this bug a small handful of times, but just enough to be a bit annoying. The jungle camp will be marked, but upon killing it I don't gain a passive stack. Each time this has occurred, the mark was not contested, nor was an ally assisting me. It's important to note that I've only had this happen when it's the first jungle mark of the game on the top side scuttle. Thank you for your time!
