well i just played a game as jinx bot with my friend, and i went 10/1/7 hoping for a key fragment for hextech chests as i only need one more for a key and i apparently only got a B + n didnt get anything :( idk if this is a bug or what but kinda annoyed
Your CS, objectives taken, and kill participation also count.
How well did you ward? How long was the game? What was your damage dealt/damage taken like?
We don't know exactly what goes into the grading system, but one thing we do know is having high kills and low deaths is not enough on it's own.

Your Rank after a match only affects you getting a Chest. Key fragment drop rates are not tied to your rate and are not 100% garunteed. Granted I think it's weird you didn't get a higher Rank score, but if this concerns key fragments nothing is wrong and the system is working as intended (in regards to rewarding key fragment pieces off wins)
If you were going for a Hextech Chest and had not earned one off Jinx, and got B+ I'd be upset about that myself.
in order to get an S+ you cant die more than once and have at least 8 cs per minute. for the most part if you win the game as well you should get an S rank
I went 18/1 with Kha'Zix and got an A. An A. Yet someone else I saw went 15/6 and got an S.
... i had killed three turrets, game wasn't that long since they FF
