Victor Q Bug = Invincibility to any damage

i don't know if the latest patch coming up will fix the Victor Q bug = Invincible for 2.5 secs. So the bug fix says that "Viktor's shield will now properly break when Viktor takes small amounts of damage"

But in my game Viktor took turret shots withing this 2.5sec and was tanking the whole minion wave + didn't take Thresh's Normal hit with Flay passive + the ignite seemed like didn't do any damage. That's a lot of small amounts of damage + a Turret shot that he didn't take damage. This is not the only case where The Viktor Q bug I've also seen a thread in reddit that have multiple videos that showed this GAME CHANGING BUG (http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/2i0a1l/viktor_takes_no_damage_potential_gamechanging_bug/) In this video i don't think u can call syndra's ulti as "small amounts of damage"

Why is Viktor not disabled after a Riot employee have seen the reddit page + video showing this bug 7 days ago? so its actually ok to abuse bugs in rank to climb the ladder?
