Has anyone reported the Aurelion passive/w bug?

Has anybody reported the bug where the aurelion passive is elevated. It is not very pleasant to farm with it or in general to play with Aurelion. If you are not aware of this bug just test it out in the practice tool mode by just simply looking at the range of the stars and the actual animation. Pls fix it as fast as possible PLS :D
