Can't launch league

Ok, I don't know if this is a common bug or not but here's what I have. I tried to start up league and when the thing pops up to press launch (before the sign-in page with the champion animation and music). However, I can't press launch, the button doesn't show, the whole window is black except for the top part which just shows league of legends logo on the top left and the minimize and exit on the top right along with settings and the question mark, however, I'm only able to click on the minimize and exit. Everything else shows nothing, even if I click on the LoL logo, nothing happens.

And yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled (I didn't redownload it then reinstall it). So I'm pretty sure reinstalling isn't going to fix anything.
