Nidalee: 180 No Swipe and Cooldown Bug?

Summary of the Bug(s): Nidalee's E (As well as other champions as noted by other players here) will sometimes do a 90 - 180 degree turn before casting. The other bug is that her E will sometimes display it is available when it is actually not.
Reproduction Steps:
- Select Nidalee (Any Game Mode)
- After having your E, go into cougar form and attempt to move and use E while moving. 2a. Being a quick-cast user, Nidalee will perform a 90-180 degree No Swipe (A direction different than where she is moving).
(Bug #2)
- Select Nidalee (Any Game Mode)
- After an intense laning phase and a lot of harassing while switching between Cougar/Human form, sometimes E (SPECIFICALLY, SWIPE) will appear to be available when spamming the hotkey won't let Nidalee perform the Swipe until seconds later.

You can see Nidalee makes an abnormal turn when swiping. Going back to the right, I am rapidly clicking the direction I'm heading and swiping shows a much more dramatic turn. * Notes for Bug #2: While I don't offer much evidence for this being an actual bug, I know that it has something to do with pouncing on a hunted target (So after Nidalee uses her empowered pounce).
