Lagging on new map leads to leaverbuster

i was playing the new map (with an amazing amount of lag and crashing) and i went and played 2 blind games where the lag and crashing followed i asked my team and the enemy team and they were having the same problems the only difference.. i got suspended for it i have been suspended in the past so it resulted in a 3 day and i feel its not my fault anyone else suffer this?
