Team pass not registering all games?

It looks like alot of people are having this problem. I am also having it. So far we have 5 weeks (10 games) of NA LCS summer split. 3 games per mission means I should be at 4/8 with 1 game on the LCS team pass missions, have the level 2 icon and ward skin, and be working on my 5 games this week. Instead, I am still on 3/8 with 2/3 games and I have to wait an entire week to be able to progress my mission. I am worried that at this point I may not be able to actually get the final tier because it keeps not crediting for games seemingly randomly (I am down 2 games of credit now, I watch every game live with watch rewards alledgedly configured (and I have seen watch+earn proc for a C9 game while team pass didn't)

Is this going to be fixed? it's such a constant source of stress and sadness (being a C9 fan is stressful and sad enough, thanks)

idk about the team pass but my acrade pass is broken i cant use the token stash or get the prestige point quests its been over a week since i make a support ticket and riot has not done anything to help me witch is fucked cuz this is a timed event and i dont have the benefits of what i payed for i better get refuned man

I am also missing the ward skin. Although, I have found that specifically going through the client to watch the vods (as in click the link on the missions for each separate vod you want to watch) and having them just play while muted and doing something else works for me.
