Level 6 Mastery tokens

I won a game today and I got my 2nd mastery token on Kindred as i counted from the notifications it sends when you get the token. I check to see my shards and etc. and its states that I have only one shard even yet I have gotten 2 S- and Above grades. Can someone explain to me why I do not have 2 mastery tokens even yet I performed well. Can I get an explanation?
