WTF QUE Bugged!?!?!?!?!

I log in to game. I start a que for intro bot. wait 5 minute nothing. Press x to stop que. Restart Que. waited another 5 minutes no que popped. Try to que and get a 5 minute wait time for declining game or leaving champ select. NO Game was I able to join/NO games popped for me to decline. Waited 5 minutes. Tried normal que, nothing popped for a while Pressed x to cancel que and try a rank que. Oh BOY! 15 minute ban from joining for declining games or leaving champ select!

I never had a que pop nor did I get opportunity to go in game and leave champ select yet I can't get in games and receiving these time bans......ARRRGGHHGHH!!!!!!!!!
